We do not guarantee any arrival dates or times for any order placed with us. However, we understand that our customers depend on fast, reliable, and discreet shipping.It’s important to us here at GOAT Glassware that we make this happen. We strive to get all orders out as fast as possible with the least amount of wait time. On GOAT Custom orders or personalized items, the delivery time will vary depending on the complexity/size of the project.

Please note that customized orders from our GOAT Custom typically arrive in 4-6 weeks, and expedited shipping options are not available for GOAT Custom orders.

    The information stated below only reflects the transit and shipping times/rates, and does not include the order processing time. GOAT Glassware, Inc. reserves the right to take up to 3-5 business days for order processing and payment verification, before shipping out any order. Please keep in mind that during holidays and latest arrivals these times may vary. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification from us which provides you with a tracking number and tracking information.

    All GOAT Glassware, Inc. orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). USPS will deliver to every address in the United States including PO Box, APO/FPO. USPS does not deliver on Sundays or national holidays. USPS provides a delivery confirmation number on all packages. We will be provide you with the delivery confirmation number, which will allow you to easily track and monitor your package via the USPS website at – www.usps.com -

    How Do I Get Free Shipping? – Free shipping is available for GOAT Glassware, Inc. Subscribers, and/or any order that totals $500 or more. To join and become a GOAT Glassware Subscriber just create an account with us for free, it’s that easy! In order to receive the FREE Standard Shipping, make sure you are signed in when you are shopping around and placing an order, and the FREE standard shipping will automatically be applied during checkout.

    If you place an order as a guest, FREE Standard Shipping will only apply if the order total value is $500.00 or more.

    Where Can I Ship My Order? – All GOAT Glassware, Inc. orders can be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and to (some restrictions may apply) APO/FPO addresses, and (some restrictions may apply) PO Boxes.

    Does GOAT Glassware, Inc. Offer International Shipping? – We do not ship internationally. We only ship in the United States of America.

    Can I Check My Order Status or Do We Receive A Tracking Number To Track Shipping? – Every GOAT Glassware, Inc. order will receive a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email notification which provides you with the Tracking number and Tracking Information. Please remember and note that GOAT Glassware, Inc. cannot and will not guarantee any delivery time estimates that have been provided by USPS. Once the package leaves our facility and is scanned into USPS tracking system, GOAT Glassware, Inc. cannot and will not be held responsible for any unavoidable delays that may occur while the package is in the hands and care of the shipping carrier USPS. Please remember it is your responsibility to review and submit accurate and correct shipping information to prevent any delays and any additional fees in the shipping process.

    Are There Signature Requirements On Shipped Orders? - No signatures are required for any order. However, GOAT Glassware, Inc. reserves the right to add a required signature to any order for any reason at our discretion for security purposes, which will not be waived. Any packages or orders that are valued over $200 and shipped from one US address to another US address may require a signature at delivery. We would like to remind you that once the package is delivered to the address listed, it is your responsibility to make sure the package is received, and GOAT Glassware, Inc. will not be held responsible for any package or packages that are or appear to be damaged, and/or become lost or stolen. We strongly encourage all of our customers to stay updated and frequently check the status of their package with the tracking number that we provide to you. Please be advised, that if a signature is required, it is wise to have an adult 18 years of age or higher to be present in order to sign for the package upon arrival.

    Can I Change The Shipping Address On My Order? – Once an order is placed through GOAT Glassware, Inc. the shipping address cannot be changed. You must cancel your GOAT Glassware, Inc. order and place it again. If for any reason you are unsuccessful and are unable to cancel your order, please contact us via email or by phone right away.

     

    GOAT Glassware, Inc. Returns and Exchanges InformationGOAT Glassware, Inc. does not and will not under any circumstance accept returns or issue refunds, credits, or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.

    GOAT Glassware, Inc. stands behind all of its products and it is highly unusual that an item ordered from us is received damaged, defective, or contains any workmanship or material flaws, as well as any manufacturing errors or product defects.

    In order to be eligible for a return your GOAT Glassware product in the very rare event must be received damaged, defective, or contains any workmanship or material flaws, or if there is a manufacturing error or product defects of any kind. Your item(s) MUST be unused and in the same exact condition that you received it in. It MUST be in the original packaging that we provided to you. You MUST provide us with good quality photos of the package itself as well as the damaged or defective item(s). You MUST contact, report, and notify us within 24 hours. If you fail to comply with any of these steps or do what is not required, under no circumstance will we consider you to be eligible for a return or refund, nor will we issue you a return and refund. WE PROSECUTE AGAINST ALL CREDIT CARD FRAUD. CANCELLED ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.

    In the very rare event your item/order from GOAT Glassware, Inc. is received damaged, defective, contains any workmanship or material flaws, if there is a manufacturing error or product defects of any kind, and we authorize you to become eligible for a return, below are the steps for the return process:

    Refunds (if applicable and MUST follow rules stated above)

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
    • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    • First, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@goatglassware.com.

    Exchanges (if applicable and MUST follow rules stated above)

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@goatglassware.com and send your item to:

    Customer Shipping to Return or Exchange

    • To return your GOAT Glassware product, you must mail the package to: 118 S. Catalina Ave. Redondo Beach, California US 90277
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Depending on where you are located, the time frame of your returned GOAT Glassware product to reach you may vary.
    • If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
